Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your voucher must be unused.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- At the discretion of the Company owners.
- If a partial refund is agreed by the company, then the percentage return will be calculated by the number of months remaining since purchase.
- Example: 10 month voucher, refund requested after 4 months, therefore 60% will be credited.
